Alter Egolla on ollut pitkäaikainen toimija Ropeconissa, ja pitkät juuremme yhdessä yltävät Ropecon ry:n perustamiseen. Meille on vuosittain ilo ja kunnia osallistua tapahtumaan, ja tuoda myös omat vapaaehtoisemme. Tiimimme on jo hyvin koossa, mutta Ropeconin omaan vapaaehtoistiimiin mahtuu vielä paljonkin innokkaita tekijöitä monenlaisiin rooleihin!
Ropecon 2026 järjestetään jo 33. kertaa! Ropecon järjestetään vuosittain satojen vapaaehtoisten voimin, ja se onkin Euroopan suurin roolipelien vapaaehtoistapahtuma. Rooleja ja tehtäviä on kymmenittäin erilaisia, ja osaan kaivataan yhä runsaasti tekijöitä, jotta vuosittain kasvava tapahtuma järjestyy jälleen sujuvasti ja turvallisesti.

Ropecon 2026 needs your help!
Are you interested in free admission, volunteering work experience, behind-the-scenes access to a major event, and other organizer perks? Come volunteer at the event and help make dreams become reality!
Alter Ego has been a long-time participant of Ropecon, and our shared history goes all the way back to the founding of Ropecon ry. Every year, it is our pleasure and honor to take part in the event and bring along our own volunteers. Our team is already largely assembled, but there is still plenty of room in Ropecon’s own volunteer team for enthusiastic people in a wide variety of roles!
Ropecon 2026 will be held for the 33rd time! Ropecon 2026 is organized each year by hundreds of volunteers and is the largest volunteer-run roleplaying event in Europe. There are dozens of different roles and tasks available, and many of them still need additional volunteers to help ensure that this growing event runs smoothly and safely once again.
The following roles are still looking for volunteers:
Venue Supervisor, LARP and Role-Playing Games Desk, Games Desk and Board Game Library, Cloakroom, Ticket Sales, Program Runner, Discord Moderator, Technical Support, Security, Boffering, Accommodation Supervisor, Miniature Painting, Flea Market, and Experience Point Games’ Assistant.
