Moni on jo kuullut HYYn uusista tilajärjestelyistä, ja niiden myötä myös Alter Ego muuttaa yhdessä klusteritovereidensa kanssa pois Kissaklusterilta uusiin tiloihin. Muuton tavoitteena on varmistaa, että toimintamme voi yhä jatkua mahdollisimman säännöllisenä ja lähellä tuttua linjaa myös jatkossa.
Nykyinen tilamme, Mechelininkatu 3D Jo March -tila, tuttavallisemmin Kissa, jää taakse kesän aikana. Varsinaiset muuttotoimet käynnistyvät huhti–toukokuun vaihteessa, minkä jälkeen tilaan siirtyy uusia järjestöjä.
Uusi sijaintimme tulee olemaan Patolan asuinalueella osoitteessa Maapadontie 5, 00640 Oulunkylä. Kiinteistön omistavat Artin Säätiö ja PTO (Pohjalaisten Talosäätiö). Muuton myötä saamme klusteritovereinemme käyttöömme noin 60 m² tilan, joka korvaa nykyisen Kissan.
Ennen muuttoa
Muuton sujuvoittamiseksi pyydämme jäseniämme hakemaan mahdollisuuksien mukaan omat pelinsä ja muun henkilökohtaisen omaisuutensa pois kirjastostamme ennen muuttoa. Tämä helpottaa muuttokuormaa ja järjestelyjä.
Ennen muuttoa järjestämme vielä viimeiset kerhoillat ja PPP:n Kissassa. Toivomme lämpimästi, että mahdollisimman moni pääsee mukaan viettämään viimeisiä hetkiä tutussa tilassa.
Kissan viimeinen tavanomainen PPP järjestetään 2.–3. toukokuuta. Tule mukaan hyvästelemään rakas Kissa ja jakamaan muistoja!
Bye bye, Cat! Alter Ego is moving
Many of you have already heard about the upcoming property rearrangements under HYY. As a result, Alter Ego and its cluster partners will be relocating from the Cat Cluster to a new space. Our goal with the move is allowing our organisation to continue its activities as usual and with the same frequency.
The Jo March space at Mechelininkatu 3D, better known as the Cat Cluster, will be left behind over the summer. The move will take place in late April / early May, after which new organisations will move into the space.
Our new location will be in the Patola residential area at Maapadontie 5, 00640 Oulunkylä. The property is owned by Artin Säätiö and PTO (Pohjalaisten Talosäätiö).
Upon moving, we will have access to a 60 m² space replacing the current Cat Cluster.
Before the move
To help reduce the moving workload, we kindly ask members to retrieve their games and property from our library where possible.
We will still be hosting our final regular club evenings and PPP before the move.
You are warmly welcome to come say goodbye to our beloved Cat. Our last traditional PPP will take place on May 2–3.
We hope as many members as possible will have the chance to play at the Cat one last time and recount some meow-mories of our great years there!
